Our Fertility Wellness Package was created as a comprehensive, supportive approach to natural conception, combining acupuncture, fertility massage, customized herbal medicine, and personalized guidance to help create the healthiest possible foundation for pregnancy.
Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine have been used for centuries to support fertility by helping regulate cycles, improve blood flow to the reproductive organs, support ovulation, reduce stress, and promote hormonal balance. Fertility massage complements this work by helping release tension through the abdomen, hips, pelvis, and nervous system while encouraging circulation and relaxation. Together, these therapies support the whole person - not just fertility, but energy, sleep, digestion, emotional wellbeing, and the deep sense of burnout that so many women experience during the conception journey.
Our Fertility Wellness Package includes 9 acupuncture treatments, 3 fertility massages, and 12 weeks of customized herbal formulas tailored specifically to your body and cycle. You’ll also receive ongoing support by email and text, nutrition and lifestyle coaching, and help tracking and understanding your cycle so you feel guided and supported between visits - not left trying to figure everything out on your own. We typically recommend a rhythm of acupuncture for 3 consecutive weeks followed by a fertility massage on the 4th week, creating consistent support while allowing the body time to integrate and respond to treatment.
One of the things our patients appreciate most is that this package grows with you. If you become pregnant before using all of your visits, your remaining treatments can be rolled over into pregnancy support, allowing us to continue caring for you through early pregnancy and beyond. Our goal is not simply helping you get pregnant - it is helping you feel supported, healthy, and cared for throughout the entire journey into motherhood.
