Do you offer Acupuncture and Massage memberships?

Yes we do, thanks for asking! We offer multiple payment options at Dragonfly to make care as accessible as possible, including memberships and packages - though we’re just as happy to have you pay-as-you-go, you won’t get any pressuring or upsells here!

Our memberships are offered as ethically as we would want someone to offer memberships to us. Here’s how they work:

• You ask to sign up for a membership. This can be done in person, over email, or by text.

• You pay the 1st installment at the time of sign up.

• Each membership is good for 12 months - and treatments roll over, they don’t expire until the end of the 12 months.

• You get one treatment a month for each membership payment (2 if you’re signing up for a combined membership), and also get $10 off any additional treatments while you’re a Dragonfly Member.

Can I cancel my membership after I sign up?

Yes, we do allow cancellations after the first 3 months. And these aren’t your typical ongoing subscriptions - you’re signing up for 12 months only, then you choose to renew or not.

Do my treatments roll over?

Yes they do, for the lifetime of the membership. Each membership is for 12 months, and you can use your treatments until the membership is either canceled or it expires.

Do you offer combined Acupuncture & Massage memberships?

You’re in luck - we do offer combined acupuncture & massage memberships, as well as just acupuncture or massage. The acupuncture membership is good for one follow up treatment a month, while our massage memberships are good for either a 60 minute or a 90 minute massage of any kind: Integrative/Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, or Prenatal massage. With each combined membership you get one of each!

Can I share a membership with a friend or family member?

Unfortunately no, our clinic management software doesn’t yet have the capability to split a membership among multiple people. However, this is something we’ve requested, and hope to be able to offer it in the future.

How much does a Dragonfly Membership cost?

We’ve tried to keep our memberships as affordable as possible, especially because we know how important it is for you to have access to regular treatments. Here is the pricing:

• Acupuncture Membership - $90/month

• 60 min Massage Membership - $100/month

• 90 min Massage Membership - $140/month

• Acupuncture + 60 min Massage Membership - $180/month

• Acupuncture + 90 min Massage Membership - $220/month
