Dr. Elizabeth Allen, DACM, DCCM, LAc

Dr. Elizabeth holds a Masters and Doctorate in Chinese Medicine, a Chinese Herbal Medicine Certification, and is a Diplomate in Canonical Chinese Medicine in the Tian Lineage, making her one of the only practitioners of this effective herbal system in the Southeast. She’s also done advanced training in Lyme and complex chronic illness and functional medicine for women. When not working and studying, she spends her free time in her pottery studio, playing music, and reading and writing fantasy novels.

Janice’s core massage training is in clinical, medical neuromuscular massage, which she has been practicing continuously for over 16 years. She’s also gone on to get advanced trainings in lymphatic drainage, pre and postnatal massage, reflexology, and a specialized course in bodywork for anxiety and depression, all of which she pulls on when giving her individualized Integrative massage. In addition, she’s a Master Sound Healer and an incredible artist.

Lauren is a licensed practitioner of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine, a National Board Certified Health and Well-Being Coach, and a certified yoga instructor with a background in Psychology. She completed her training at the New England School of Acupuncture, and draws from multiple styles including Dr. Tan, Sa’am, and traditional Chinese acupuncture to create individualized and effective treatments. Outside the clinic, she enjoys gardening, reading, playing pickleball and hiking with her dog, Lewis.
