Our Nervous System Reset Package was created to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and give your body the support it needs to finally exhale.

This package combines acupuncture, therapeutic bodywork, and sound healing to calm the nervous system and support both emotional and physical wellbeing. Acupuncture can help regulate the stress response, ease anxiety, improve sleep, support mood, quiet racing thoughts, and help the body shift out of fight-or-flight mode. Massage and nervous system-focused bodywork help release deeply held tension patterns while creating a sense of safety, grounding, and restoration that many people haven’t felt in a very long time.

Our Nervous System Reset Package includes 3 Rest & Repair Sessions and 5 customized acupuncture treatmentstailored to your individual needs. Each Rest & Repair Session includes a 90-minute integrative massage customized specifically for your body, followed by 15 minutes of focused bodywork for anxiety and depression and 15 minutes of sound healing using crystal singing bowls to encourage deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. Your acupuncture treatments are spaced throughout the package to provide ongoing support for stress, anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm, sleep issues, and the physical symptoms that often accompany them.
