Our Pregnancy Wellness Package is designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy, helping you feel more rested, cared for, and resilient so you can move into motherhood with more energy and ease.
Acupuncture and prenatal massage work beautifully together throughout pregnancy. Acupuncture can help ease morning sickness, fatigue, headaches, anxiety, sleep issues, and the many physical shifts that happen as hormones change and baby grows. Prenatal massage supports the body through the aches and tension of pregnancy - relieving low back pain, hip discomfort, neck and shoulder tension, swelling, and stress while creating space for deep rest and nervous system regulation. Many moms tell us they simply feel more like themselves again after treatment.
Our Pregnancy Wellness Package includes 10 acupuncture treatments and 6 prenatal massages, thoughtfully spaced throughout pregnancy for the greatest support. We typically recommend using the first 6 acupuncture visits between weeks 6–12 to help reduce morning sickness, support energy levels, and nourish early pregnancy. During the second and third trimesters, monthly prenatal massages help relieve pain, tension, and stress as the body continues to change. The final 4 acupuncture visits are reserved for weeks 35–39, when we focus on preparing the body for labor, supporting pelvic balance, encouraging relaxation, and helping moms feel calm and grounded heading into birth.
